Zoar Estates is a quiet community of 56 homes located on Zoar Road in Georgetown DE.  The community features wooded lots, sidewalks and a large amount of open space.  There is a large area dedicated to a community Recreation Area featuring a basketball court, tot lot and picnic area.  It is tranquil rural living at it’s most relaxing.
